After my posting the other day about how to track comments that I might leave or respond to, I was wondering how do I track if I myself get mentioned somewhere.
Thanks to some help from Brent Schlenker, I set up (extremely easily) Google Alerts for my 
blog url, blog name, and Me. Brent also suggested the use of Technerati for some of it as well.
Now I get email messages delivered whenever my name appears on the web. Which is often since when I post something it says “Posted by Tracy Hamilton.”
I feel like Mr. Bean when he sends himself Christmas cards.
