BBC News is reporting today that several blogs through Blogger are being “hijacked” by hackers. Hundreds of blogs have been attacked with fake posts. These postings look normal, however they contain links to what resemble YouTube links or software testers. These links when clicked on then allow the hackers to access many files within you computer including saleable information.
It is unsure, currently, how they are obtaining access to post to the blogs. One potential way that is being considered is the feature to email posts to one’s blog.
