Still working away on getting our LMS up and running by the end of December. The quick turn around time we were promised isn’t quite as on track as we hoped, but we are trying to keep it to a Jan. 2008 launch. Tip 7: Make sure that when to negotiate a time line for an LMS launch (or any launch for that matter) that the other parties involved don’t assume you have nothing better to do then wait around for the next piece of the plan to be delivered to you. I assume, you like I, have a billion projects going on and your time is precious and probably already very allocated to all those projects (other tips 1-4 5-6).
