Tracy Parish is an education technology specialist working out of the Organizational Development department of a regional health centre in Ontario, Canada. A diverse educational background of computer programming, adult educational training, and eLearning design & development has led to a full career in instructional design. Since implementing the organization’s LMS, she now administers the system, and designs & develops the organization’s e-courses, populating the system with an extensive catalog. Collaboration with the hospital’s wide variety of educators has allowed this collection to expand to carry both clinical and non-clinical titles for staff as well as for patients.
