So my attempt to day capture notes while I participated in a webinar worked much better. I opened the browser full to see the slides of the presentation. Minimized my Google Notebook and placed it in the upper left corner of my screen where there was nothing relevant to the presentation. I was invited to chat during the webinar and opened gTalk, minimized it and placed it just slightly above the webinar chat.

Now all at once I could see the slides, take my own notes, see the participants’ chat comment, and chat with a friend all at once. Wow. That was fun. Not only that, but I didn’t get distracted with some strange formatting happening as I took the notes. Notebook gave me a very clean look (no extra line spaces) and I could format it how I wished to, save it in my notebook and copy/paste it into my Blogger post tool. Oh happy day!

  1. Excellent suggestion Cammy. I friend of mine works on two as well so I know how much more productive that can be. I need to become more proactive and not just buy new equipment when the old stuff starts smoking on my desk.
